2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid access to Morphic is provided on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscription fees are charged per listing and are processed by Stripe. The price, billing interval, trial period, and listing quantity shown at checkout or in the Stripe customer portal are the commercial terms for your subscription.

If a trial is offered, access may be limited, modified, or ended when the trial expires, when payment information is not added where required, or when a subscription is cancelled or fails payment. You can manage billing details, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal when available.

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so we can review it.

3. AI-Assisted Communications and Host Responsibility

Morphic provides AI-assisted tools that may draft, recommend, or send operational and guest communications based on your settings, listing data, and connected channel information. You remain responsible for your listings, guest relationships, pricing, availability, house rules, legal obligations, and any communication sent on your behalf.

You should review AI-generated content where appropriate, especially for refunds, cancellations, legal or safety issues, discrimination-sensitive topics, off-platform payment requests, pricing changes, and availability changes. Morphic may block, hold for review, or require confirmation for high-risk actions.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Morphic integrates with third-party services such as payment processors, property management systems, messaging platforms, hosting channels, identity providers, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Morphic Technologies Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
